 S. Ghaly-Ficadex is an Egyptian firm founded by Mr. Sameh Saad Ghaly,
an Ex- Partner of S.B.A. & Co. Deloitte & Touche since 1983 .
During this period I was in charge to perform the Balance Sheets of many Companies in different sectors such as contracting, industrial, tourism, and foreign branches companies not only in auditing but it goes far that limit to the taxation, accounting and the incorporation of companies.
